The project ofCommunity Center 'Gotse Delchev – 2009',"What Makes Europe Laugh" aims to showcase the richness of European humor through contemporary cultural and digital formats. Through the selection, translation, and adaptation of humorous video productions, the organization of screenings, discussions, and a traveling exhibition, as well as the creation of an online platform featuring European anecdotes, the initiative will reach a wide audience and engage young people. The project promotes intercultural dialogue, creative skills, and access to culture, while creating sustainable digital resources and new cultural products.
