The project "Establishment of a Digital Club at Community Center 'Gotse Delchev – 2009', Ruse" aims to provide free access to modern technologies and develop digital skills among citizens. Through the renovation and equipping of premises with modern computer workstations and internet access, a functional space for learning and work will be created. A designated mentor will assist users in accessing electronic services and online resources. The project promotes social inclusion, lifelong learning, and equal access to the digital environment, especially for vulnerable groups.
